When people ask me “What’s the best decision you ever made?”, “What are you most proud of?”, “What’s your favorite memory?”…
I have one answer.
Semester at Sea.
There’s a very good chance you came to this page because you’re considering going on Semester at Sea or have already been on it, but just in case you don’t know what in the world I’m talking about, I’ll explain to the best of my ability…
What exactly is Semester at Sea?
Semester at Sea (or “SAS” as it is often referred to by alumni) is a study abroad program onboard the MV Explorer ship, a previously Grecian-cruiseline ship turned into a floating university with classrooms, a library, a computer lab, and a large lecture hall.
For the last 50 years, Semester at Sea has been transporting college students on an academic journey around the world.
Over 50,000 alumni have said YES to experiencing the world.
What will you say?

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
